Filipe是一个乐于助人、热情的人,工作中能有效的完成上级交给的任务,积极主动帮助客人解决困难。7月26日晚上,2516的客人Mr. Eliyahu手机遗失在HM试衣间,由于语言不通,寻求店员帮助无果,无奈之下Mr. Eliyahu只好到礼宾部寻求帮助。在了解了Mr. Eliyahu的遭遇后Filipe立刻陪同客人到HM找手机但是并没有找到。跟客人协商后Filipe帮客人报了警,由于试衣间没有监控,且来来往往的人也比较多,没办法确定是谁捡到客人手机。但是Filipe并未放弃,他用自己的手机不停打丢失的电话,打了将近一个小时,后面被一位林女士接通,她告诉Filipe是她的小孩误拿了Mr. Eliyahu的手机,经过Filipe从中协调,Mr. Eliyahu终于找回了手机。
从这件事情当中可以看出Filipe乐于助人的品质,在帮助客人的过程中,从万达到酒店来回奔波,由于客人手机丢失再加上语言不通,心情一直很紧张, Filipe边帮客人解决困难,边安抚客人情绪,花费将近4个小时终于帮客人找回手机,对此Mr. Eliyahu给与Filipe高度评价和赞扬。
Filipe is cheerful and helpful. He works efficiently and always waiting for helping our guests. In the evening of 26 July, Mr. Eliyahu lost his phone in HM’s dress room. Because of the language barrier, he could not get help from the shop assistants, so Mr. Eliyahu had to go to the Concierge for help. After knowing about Mr. Eliyahu's encounter, Filipe accompanied the guests to HM to look for the mobile phone immediately, but did not find it. After communication with Mr. Eliyahu, Filipe called the police for help. Since there is no monitor in the dress room and many people coming and going, it is impossible to determine who picked up the Mr. Eliyahu's mobile phone. However, Filipe did not give up. He kept calling Mr. Eliyahu's mobile phone for nearly one hour and finally connected by Ms.Lin. She told Filipe that her child had taken Mr. Eliyahu's mobile phone by mistake. After communication, Mr. Eliyahu finally recovered the phone.
During the process of helping Mr. Eliyahu find the phone, Filipe comfort the guest’s mood because he was very nervous after losing phone. Finally Filipe gave the mobile phone back to Mr. Eliyahu ,it spend nearly four hours.Mr. Eliyahu was touched and spoke highly of Filipe.
